CONSULTATION
The consultation is the first step.
As your potential designer, I offer a one hour free consultation. Think of it as an interview for both parties to get to know each other and discuss the scope of the project. Usually entails a one hour meeting to gather any information, specific details, and determine the budget, to ensure the process runs smoothly. Following the first meeting a Letter of Agreement is prepared and signed by both parties to secure design services and the fun begins.
DESIGN SERVICES
Full design services to include custom & whole house design from new construction to the most simple revamp of your space. Encompasses all finishes such as paint, stain, hard and soft surface materials, fabrics, furniture, appliances, fixtures, lighting, art and accessories. Turn key results with fluffy white robes, flowers and candles if you choose.
Who does the work? Tracy is happy to work with your existing contractors and architects. Or, may also provide referrals for top qualified trade services professionals if needed.
ORGANIZATION
Looking for a a bit of organization in your life? Tracy's professional team will make it happen. Full services to include cleaning out, moving in, closet, kitchen & bath organization. Think Spring cleaning at it's finest.
CONSULTING SERVICES

Now after all this is a passion, her livelihood and business so as much as one would love to share tricks of the trade, advise on what to do in order to make your home fabulous, there is a consulting fee for discussing details when all you need is a little help from a friend...or a designer in this case.
